Onboarding & Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Social Media Agency

We are an internationally operating agency that combines innovation and creativity to dominate the social media landscape. As we are scaling fast, we need a structured and communicative leader to manage the heartbeat of our fulfillment: our team of Virtual Assistants.


IMPORTANT – The Growth Path:
To lead the team effectively, you must master the craft first. Your first month will be a Paid Trial Month where you work as a Social Media Manager/VA yourself. Once you have proven your excellence in daily operations, you will transition into the Management & Onboarding role. (With around 7h per week)


Your Responsibilities:
Month 1: Mastering TikTok account management, daily posting, and engagement tasks.
Month 2+: Managing the end-to-end onboarding of new VAs.

- Full Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end integration of new Social Media Managers/VAs into our workflows.

- Technical Setup: Ensuring all tea ---------- mbers have their dedicated Android devices correctly configured and meet our security/operational standards.

- Quality Control: Monitoring the daily activity, posting schedules, and reporting of the VAs to ensure 100% reliability.

- Team Support: Serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and guiding the team to reach their KPIs.

- Process Optimization: Constantly refining our onboarding materials and training manuals to improve efficiency.


Your Profile:
- Leadership Experience: You have experience in managing remote teams or onboarding new employees.

- Structure is your Middle Name: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.

- Tech-Savvy: You understand the technical requirements of mobile-based social media management (Android OS, proxies, account security).

- Communication: Excellent English skills (spoken and written) are mandatory to lead our international team.

- Problem-Solver: You don't wait for instructions; you identify bottlenecks and fix them.

- Most important requirement: You own at least one fully functional Android smartphone (Android 10 or higher) that you can use exclusively for this job -> NO PRIVATE PHONES(!)
