We are a growing German social media marketing agency focused on performance-based short-form content for construction and trade businesses.

We are looking for a highly skilled Short-Form Video Editor specialized in fast-paced Speedram edits.

Important:
You do NOT need to understand German.
Our team handles scripts and language.
Your role is purely editing.

We film in S-Log3.
You must be comfortable with professional color grading and log footage workflows.

What You Will Edit

• 15–60 sec Instagram Reels
• Fast cuts / Speed-style edits
• Strong hook in first 1–3 sec
• Dynamic subtitles
• Clean sound design
• High-retention pacing
• Proper color grading (S-Log3 to final look)

Requirements

• Strong short-form editing experience
• Experience with Speedram-style edits
• Understanding of retention-based editing
• Fast turnaround
• Confident with S-Log3 color grading

AI Skills required:
• Higgsfield.ai
• Kling
• or other AI video tools
