The Role
You'll own the entire visual ecosystem of a modern fashion e-commerce operation, from scroll-stopping social assets to high-converting
You'll be responsible for:
Campaign Creative: Conceptualizing and producing visual assets for seasonal drops, sales campaigns, and product launches across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic display. You understand that every pixel must earn its place in the feed.
Retention Design: Designing high-converting
Social Velocity: Creating platform-native content (Instagram carousels, TikTok covers, Stories, Reels thumbnails) that respects current fashion aesthetics and platform algorithms. You know the difference between "designed for Instagram" and "repurposed for Instagram."
Digital Experience: Collaborating on website UI updates, landing page designs, and mobile-first merchandising layouts (Figma ? Shopify/Custom headless). You think in conversion funnels, not just grids.
Production Architecture: Building bulletproof design systems, scalable template libraries, and batch-production workflows that allow 50+ unique assets per week without sacrificing craft quality. You obsess over file hygiene, non-destructive editing, and component-based efficiency.
Asset Management: Organizing rigorous file structures, version control, and handoff protocols that allow rapid iteration across multiple markets and languages without chaos.
Who You Are
Non-Negotiables:
5+ years professional experience in digital design, with a portfolio demonstrating fashion, lifestyle, or premium e-commerce work (DTC brand experience strongly preferred). You've shipped campaigns that actually sold product.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma at a professional production level—you know shortcuts better than you know your own address and can manipulate complex masking and retouching in your sleep.
Production Craftsman Mindset: Obsessive attention to detail, color accuracy, and typographic precision. You believe that speed comes from mastery and systems, not shortcuts. You've managed high-volume output (40+ unique deliverables weekly) while maintaining luxury-brand standards.
Business-Level English: You can write compelling copy for ad headlines, articulate design rationale to stakeholders using conversion metrics, and catch cultural nuances in Western fashion marketing.
Asia Timezone Ready: You can overlap 11 AM - 7 PM SGT / CST with reliable high-speed internet and your own professional-grade equipment (Mac/PC capable of handling 4K assets, calibrated display, Adobe CC license, etc.).
High-Velocity Temperament: You've thrived in environments with aggressive launch calendars, real-time performance feedback, and same-day turnaround expectations. You don't wait for inspiration—you build disciplined routines that guarantee consistent commercial-grade output.
