Support our SEO efforts while on an amazing collaborative team that supports continued learning. We are looking for candidates committed to a focused, long-term role with our team, rather than those managing multiple client accounts or continually applying to new positions.

A strong candidate will have:
- Understanding of frameworks, SOPs and operational efficiency
- Very strong written and verbal English communication, comfortable on calls if needed
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and output (chatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc)

Requirements:

Local SEO
Google Business Profile / Bing Places and Apple Maps optimization
Citation and review management
Understanding of local SEO map pack optimization beyond basics

Content & AIO Optimization
Query intent
On-page optimization and content strategy
Structuring content for AI Overviews, featured snippets, and SERP features
Familiarity with AI content tools

Data & Analysis
SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, etc.)
Performance analysis and reporting (traffic, rankings, conversions)
Competitor research and testing

Technical SEO
Website crawlability and architecture
Structured data and schema markup
Site audits, UX awareness, and Core Web Vitals

Core Skills
Critical thinking around search trends and algorithm updates
Adaptability with evolving AI search and SEO tools
Communication and ability to work within structured workflows
