eCommerce Virtual Assistant with Shopify, AI & Graphic Design Skills

We are an Australian luxury eCommerce brand seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant to support the setup, management, and growth of our Shopify store and digital operations.

This is primarily an eCommerce operations and support role. Graphic design is required as part of the role. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing Shopify tasks, assisting with marketing setup, creating visual content when needed, setting up email and automation, lead generation, research and competitor analysis and supporting all business operations.

This is a long-term position with opportunity to grow.

Primary Responsibilities (Core Role)

Shopify Store Management

• Upload and manage products
• Update product pages
• Organise collections
• Update homepage content
• Maintain and improve store presentation
• Assist with store setup and ongoing management

eCommerce Operations Support

• Assist with email marketing setup and flows
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Assist with website updates
• Support launch preparation
• Assist with customer experience improvements
• Support general eCommerce tasks as needed

Graphic Design Support (Part of the Role)

Create visual content when required, including:

• Instagram graphics
• Website banners
• Product page graphics
Landing pages
Product images
• Email graphics
• Promotional graphics

Design quality must align with a clean, modern luxury brand aesthetic.

Tools required:
• Canva (mandatory)
• Photoshop or Illustrator (preferred but not required)

AI Tools & Automation (Important)

Experience with AI tools is highly valued, including:
• ChatGPT or similar
• Canva AI tools
• AI tools for content creation
• AI tools for workflow automation

Experience using AI to improve efficiency and assist with business tasks is a strong advantage.

Klaviyo experience
Graphic design experience
• Strong Canva skills
• Experience supporting eCommerce businesses
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English
• Reliable internet connection

Preferred:
• Experience with AI tools

Work Hours

Part-time to start:
10-20 hours per week

Long-term role with opportunity for increased hours.
