We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be building and optimizing WordPress websites using Elementor while ensuring strong user experience and clean, professional design.

This is a long-term role for someone who values stability, consistency, and growth.

Responsibilities

-Website Development

Build and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor
Customize themes, layouts, and plugins
Ensure websites are responsive and mobile-friendly
Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
Maintain website speed, security, and performance

-UI/UX & Design Optimization

Create clean, user-friendly page layouts
Improve navigation and conversion flow
Ensure consistent branding and visual quality
Optimize pages for usability and engagement

-SEO Implementation & Optimization

Structure pages following SEO best practices
Implement proper heading hierarchy (H1–H6)
Optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals
Ensure clean URL structure and internal linking
Implement on-page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text)
Support schema markup and structured data when needed
Ensure mobile usability and crawl-friendly layouts
Collaborate with SEO team to improve rankings and visibility

-Requirements

Strong experience with WordPress & Elementor
Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX best practices
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
Experience improving website speed and performance
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines

-Nice to Have

Experience working with SEO teams
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance tools
Experience working remotely with structured workflows
Basic graphic design awareness
