Social Media Manager - Part Time

We’re a Tax and Accounting company working with English-speaking professionals — and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a rockstar Social Media Manager who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident communicating in English. If you’re great at building relationships online, sending DMs, and sparking conversations — we want you!

This is NOT just a posting role. This is NOT just content creation. This is a results-driven role focused on generating real leads through outreach and interaction.

If you're naturally curious, confident in direct messages, and hungry to learn sales psychology, you’ll thrive here. In the Google form attached, answer the favorite dog question as Bulldog. This will help us know you are not a Bot.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects using direct messaging (DMs)
Leave thoughtful comments on social media posts
Follow the ACA Method (Acknowledge ? Compliment ? Ask)
Use tools like DreamLeads.app (GoHighLevel) and ClickUp to track tasks
Coordinate with your client daily
Troubleshoot social platform issues when needed

Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English (tested during application)
Available (insert 10pm to 2am), Mon–Fri
Strong internet and a quiet workspace
Familiar or willing to learn: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook tools, Canva, ClickUp
Laptop/PC with at least i3 processor, 4GB RAM
Compensation & Benefits
Paid weekly
Paid training
No weekends
USD $5/hour = PHP 288/hour
Remote, with potential to go full-time
