High-Performance Cold Caller – Real Estate Wholesale
We are a fast-moving real estate investment company looking for a serious cold caller who knows how to generate motivated seller leads.
This is not a script-reading job.
This is a results-driven position.
Your Role
You will be calling property owners from provided lists to:
• Identify motivated sellers
• Pre-qualify leads (condition, timeline, motivation, price)
• Overcome basic objections
• Set appointments for our acquisitions team
• Log clean notes in the CRM
Your main KPI is quality leads and appointments set.
Expectations
• Minimum dialing volume per day (to be agreed on)
• Consistent appointment generation
• Accurate CRM updates after every call
• Clear notes and lead tagging
• Professional tone with sellers
We track performance weekly.
If you don’t like accountability, this isn’t for you.
Required Skills
• Strong English speaking ability
• Confident, natural phone presence
• Experience with real estate wholesaling preferred
• Experience with dialers and CRM systems
• Objection handling skills
• Ability to follow a proven qualification structure
Bonus:
Experience with Mojo, Batch, CallTools, or similar dialers.
