We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis to join our long-term team.

This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who understands numbers, reconciliations, reporting, and financial accuracy.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Prepare and send invoices
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable
Perform payment reconciliations
Track incoming/outgoing payments
Monitor discrepancies and resolve issues
Assist with monthly financial reporting
Work with management to ensure financial accuracy

2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Interpret performance reports (calls, leads, revenue)
Identify trends and anomalies in data
Prepare structured reports for account managers
Provide insights on profitability and performance
Maintain organized financial and operational spreadsheets
Assist with forecasting and projections

Requirements
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis
Strong understanding of reconciliations and invoicing
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
High attention to detail
Strong written English communication
Analytical and structured thinker
Comfortable working with numbers daily
Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with U.S.-based companies
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience analyzing marketing or performance data using Tableau or other similar data visualization software
