We’re hiring a part-time Business Development Rep to do cold outreach (calling +
Hours and Pay:
20 hours per week to start
$600/month

If performance is strong, we can increase hours and add bonuses
Responsibilities:
Build and/or work lead lists for chiropractors and med spas
Cold call prospects and follow up to start conversations
Send simple outreach
Book qualified discovery calls on our calendar
Log every touch and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Provide a short daily report (leads contacted, calls made, conversations, calls booked)
What Success Looks Like:
Consistent daily outreach activity
Clean CRM logging (no missing notes)
Qualified discovery calls booked each week
Professional communication and strong follow-up
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (clear, confident, professional)
Experience with cold calling and/or appointment setting (US businesses preferred)
Comfortable using a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Reliable internet + quiet place to take calls (headset required)
Coachable, consistent, and able to handle rejection
