VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR MIGRATION AGENCY

Must have detailed knowledge of Migration Manager Software
Must have detailed knowledge of Australian Immigration Law and Visas (Subclass 482.186 and Defacto Partner Visas
Must have great communication skills
Must have great attention to detail (Triple Checking all details in applications such as names, dates of births, passport details, ensuring alignment and checking of all data (cross referencing between data on visa applicants' resumes and employment references MUST align, data integrity checking so all visa applications are "decision ready" for one final check before lodging.

Key Criteria for this role
Must be able to maximise the use of Migration Manager Software (this is critical and is based on past experience)
Must have worked in a previous migration firm and have migration firm experience (Australia)
Must have excellent "attention to detail" skills
Must have great communication skills
Must be tech-savvy
Must be flexible and adaptable
Must have problem-solving ability
Must have strong time management skills
Must be compliance-driven
Must display risk control and data integrity
Must be able to evidence map in terms of cross-referencing claims and identify and rectify inconsistencies
This role is for a very competent migration support person who can take applications through to lodgement (error-free).
This role is critical to this business, so Australian migration experience, attention to detail and error-free work are super important elements of this role
