Cold Email Inbox Manager (Response Tagging Specialist)

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)
Total Hours: 35 hours per week
Starting Rate: $2–$3 per hour (based on experience)
Pay Increase: Performance-based review after onboarding

Overview
We are hiring a highly detail-oriented Cold Email Inbox Manager whose sole responsibility is to accurately tag and categorize incoming email responses across multiple client campaigns.

This is a logic-based role. You will not be writing emails, closing deals, or managing clients. Your only job is to carefully read responses and apply the correct tag based on internal rules.

Accuracy is more important than speed.

Core Responsibility
Your ONLY responsibility will be:

Reviewing incoming cold email responses across multiple inboxes

Accurately tagging each response using internal criteria

Using logic and context to determine the correct classification

Maintaining consistency across all clients and campaigns

Examples of tags may include:
Interested
Not Interested
Referral
Out of Office
Wrong Person
Remove / Unsubscribe
Already Working with Provider
Price Objection
Spam / Irrelevant

(Full tagging SOP and training will be provided.)


Requirements
You MUST:
Have excellent English comprehension
Understand nuance, tone, and implied meaning
Think logically and follow structured systems
Maintain strong attention to detail
Be consistent and disciplined
Be reliable and punctual (start at 10AM UK time daily)
Be comfortable with repetitive but precise work

This is a focused execution role that requires precision and consistency.

Consistent output throughout the full 7-hour shift

Compensation & Growth
Starting pay: $2–$3 per hour (depending on experience and assessment performance)
35 hours per week
Pay increase after initial review period once performance and accuracy are verified
