About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Instagram Specialist Virtual Assistant to support the daily management and organic growth of approximately 40–50 Instagram accounts.

This is a hands-on, process-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, consistency, and managing volume at scale. You will be responsible for daily engagement, organic growth activities, basic content posting, and maintaining overall account health.

Key Responsibilities

> Manage daily activity across 40–50 Instagram accounts
> Execute organic growth strategies (following, engaging, outreach)
> Engage with comments, DMs, and relevant accounts to increase visibility
> Post content based on provided assets and guidelines
> Track and report basic performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, activity)
> Maintain account health and follow Instagram best practices and limits
> Monitor for account flags, restrictions, or potential risks
> Coordinate with the client regarding priorities, updates, and reporting

Requirements

> Proven experience managing multiple Instagram accounts
> Strong understanding of organic Instagram growth strategies
> Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven tasks at scale
> Strong written English skills for engagement and communication
> Highly organized with strong attention to detail
> Ability to manage high volume without missing steps
> Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
> Experience with social media tools is a plus (not required)
