SMM Designer & Video Editor (Canva Graphics + Video + Repurposing)

About the Role: Part-Time | 10–15 hrs/week

I’m a strategic business consultant building a systems-first growth company. I create the messaging, positioning, and strategic direction. You bring it to life visually.

I will provide: Brand identity, Color palette, Typography, Visual direction, Clear task briefs

You will: Design high-quality assets in Canva, Edit short-form video content, Maintain brand consistency, Elevate visual execution. This is not a beginner Canva template role. This is for someone who understands layout, hierarchy, whitespace, and modern digital design.

Responsibilities: Create branded social graphics in Canva, Apply brand guidelines consistently, Maintain asset library organization, Create and manage Canva templates for batching, Design: Instagram carousels, Pinterest pins, Lead magnet PDFs, Presentation slides, Blog graphics, Edit short-form video: Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips. You execute and elevate design within the strategic direction provided. If you have ideas on how to improve the design, deliver both what was requested and your idea.

Requirements: 3+ years design experience, Advanced Canva & CapCut skills, Strong layout and typography sense, Experience editing short-form video, Good design eye (clean, modern, minimal), Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely, Organized with deadlines, Able to execute from direction without needing heavy hand-holding

Ideal Traits: Fast but precise, Understands content hierarchy, Can follow direction but also suggest improvements, Thinks in batches, not one-offs
