Robbi on the Record is a fast-growing Christian and culture-focused show covering real-world conversations around faith, culture, business, health, and current events. The show is distributed across YouTube, Rumble, Instagram, and other major platforms and is focused on aggressive growth, influence, and high-level brand partnerships.

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and growth-obsessed Podcast Growth & Content Manager who wants to help scale a bold media brand. This is not just a posting role. This is a growth role.

**Role Overview**
You will work directly with Robbi to manage the backend operations and aggressive growth of the show. Your focus is making sure every episode performs, reaches new audiences, and is optimized across all platforms.

You will help coordinate guests, manage uploads, optimize content, and push growth daily.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content & Platform Management**

* Upload and schedule episodes across YouTube, Rumble, and podcast platforms
* Write and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and captions for SEO and discoverability
* Ensure all content is properly formatted and posted across platforms
* Coordinate with video editor for timely delivery and revisions
* Post and distribute clips across Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, and Reels
* Ensure thumbnails, captions, and hooks are optimized for clicks and shares

**Show Growth & Optimization**

* Focus on aggressive audience growth and visibility
* Research trends and suggest content ideas weekly
* Optimize older content for continued growth
* Identify viral clip ---------- nts from long-form episodes
* Track analytics and recommend improvements
* Assist in developing strategies to grow YouTube and Rumble subscribers

**Guest & Collaboration Coordination**

* Source and pitch aligned guests for the show
* Coordinate scheduling and confirmations
* Send prep notes and manage guest communication
* Ensure all guest episodes are promoted and tagged properly
* Help facilitate cross-promotions and collaborations

**Brand Partnerships & Visibility Support**

* Assist in identifying potential brand partners and sponsors
* Help track inbound brand opportunities
* Coordinate deliverables for sponsored segments
* Support outreach to podcasts and media opportunities

**Administrative & Organization**

* Maintain organized content calendar
* Track episode releases and deliverables
* Manage Google Drive and content folders
* Ensure consistency across all platforms
* Assist with show systems and workflow optimization

**Ideal Candidate**

* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Hungry to grow a major media brand
* Understands YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Rumble
* Strong writing skills for titles and descriptions
* Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
* Proactive and fast-moving
* Comfortable working in a startup-style environment
* Strong communication skills

* Have worked on a podcast or YouTube channel before
* Understand viral content and internet culture
* Have experience growing social media accounts
