Webflow Developer (Part-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Webflow Developer to join our growing team on a part-time basis. You will be working on a variety of projects — from custom website builds to template customizations — for a small but active Webflow agency.
What You'll Do

Website Development — Build and develop custom Webflow websites from scratch based on provided Figma designs, ensuring pixel-perfect and responsive output.
Template Customization — Customize and adapt Webflow templates to meet specific client requirements and branding.
Site Updates & Maintenance — Update and maintain existing client websites, ensuring they remain functional, optimized, and up to date.
CMS Setup & Management — Set up and configure Webflow CMS collections for dynamic, scalable content management.
Animations & Interactions — Implement engaging Webflow animations and interactions that elevate the user experience.
SEO Optimization — Apply on-page SEO best practices within Webflow to improve site visibility and performance.
Integrations — Connect Webflow sites with third-party tools and platforms such as Zapier, Make, and others as needed.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of hands-on Webflow development experience
Strong ability to translate Figma designs into Webflow with accuracy and attention to detail
Solid understanding of responsive design principles
Experience with Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions
Familiarity with SEO best practices within Webflow
Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Open to any industry background
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week during Philippine Standard Time (PST) business hours

Compensation

Hourly rate (negotiable based on experience)
