JOB OVERVIEW

We are a relationship-driven real estate team focused on delivering a seamless client experience from transition to client through contract to close — and beyond. We value communication, consistency, attention to detail, and strong marketing presence.

Responsibilities:
Outside Growth Support
-Make outbound calls to engage and convert cold leads
-Schedule and post social media content
-Create listing marketing materials (flyers, just listed/just sold posts, email blasts)
-Manage CRM campaigns and nurture sequences
-Help maintain brand consistency across platforms

Transaction Coordination

-Manage contracts from ratification to settlement
-Track contingency deadlines (inspection, appraisal, financing, HOA, etc.)
-Communicate with title companies, lenders, agents, and clients
-Ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements
-Prepare addenda and ensure proper signatures
-Maintain organized digital transaction files (Zipforms, Docusign)
-Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and settlement logistics
-Provide weekly transaction status updates


Ideal Candidate:
-Previous real estate transaction coordination experience preferred
-Familiar with contracts, addenda, and compliance timelines
-Strong organizational and deadline management skills
-Experience with CRMs and Document retention systems (Follow Up Boss, Zipforms, Docusign )
-Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
-Strong written communication skills
-Detail-oriented and proactive
-Reliable internet connection
-Available during Eastern Standard Time business hours ( ---------- )
