- You understand the following terms:- Keyword Density, UAW Submissions to Ezine Articles, SEO Copyscape (And how to use it) Spinning Rewriting Header/Title tags

-You are able to proof read and edit quickly

-You are a good listener and understand instructions from clients and the managing director

-You have been in a management role before -You understand people

-You can talk and negotiate on different levels - from negotiating salary with a writer to negotiating 1000 articles per week with a potential client

-You understand deadlines

-You are self motivated and able to work and earn from home - This is your sole job and you are dedicated YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:-
*Recruit of top article writers (placing ads and interviewing)

*Management of writers

*Handling email and skype enquiries for potential clients and the article writing sales team

*Negotiating with clients and winning their business

*Allocating writing tasks to your team of writers

*Proof reading writing and delivering articles to their required destination

*Ensuring deadlines are met before they are due
