Growth & Lead Research Contractor

We are a young European SaaS startup focused on advanced AI route optimization software. Our small team is based in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Germany.

We are looking for a reliable Philippines-based part-time contractor to support lead research and digital growth activities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Research and identify qualified B2B leads (non-logistics industries)
- Find decision-makers and collect qualified structured company data
- Maintain and enrich CRM data (Pipedrive)
- Support lead list building and outreach preparation
- Assist in Meta Ads and Google Ads optimization (analysis, testing, improvements)

Required Profile:
- Strong written & verbal English
- Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM
- Proven experience in B2B lead research
- Experience supporting Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical and structured working style
- High affinity for using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to improve research and productivity
