Paralegal / Case Manager – Personal Injury (Demand Writing REQUIRED)
Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | Fast-paced PI practice

We’re a client-centered personal injury firm known for compassion, urgency, and results. We’re hiring a Paralegal/Case Manager who can run files confidently and produce strong, well-supported demand packages. We’re seeking a sharp, reliable PI paralegal/case manager who can manage files end-to-end and draft high-quality settlement demands with minimal supervision.

This role is not entry-level. Please apply only if you have PI case management experience.

Core duties

Case ownership: intake ? treatment tracking ? demand ? negotiation ? litigation support

Medical records/bills: request, organize, summarize, specials calculation

Demand packages: liability analysis, treatment timeline, damages narrative, exhibits

Deadline control: SOL, follow-ups, discovery and court deadlines

Litigation support: pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, depo/mediation prep

Must-haves

2+ years in personal injury

Documented demand-writing experience

Strong writing, organization, and task management in a deadline-driven environment

Case management software experience (Clio/Needles/Practice Panther, etc.)
