About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Production Assistant to help bring immersive puzzle games to life.
You’ll work closely with the founders to turn creative ideas into beautifully produced, ready-for-sale games.
This role is perfect for someone who loves:
• Puzzles and problem-solving
• Storytelling and immersive worlds
• Organising complex creative projects
• Getting the details exactly right
This is not just admin. It’s creative production.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Puzzle & Game Development Support
• Creating multi-layered puzzles (logic, riddles, ciphers, mazes etc)
• Formatting and refining puzzle documents
• Testing puzzles and providing structured feedback
• Checking logic flows and player experience
• Ensuring answers, clues, and props align perfectly
• Proofreading & spotting inconsistencies in storylines
You’ll help ensure the game actually works — logically and emotionally.
2. Physical Game Production
• Preparing files for print (letters, maps, cards, inserts)
• Checking sizing, bleed, margins, and layout consistency
• Creating organised print-ready folders
• Creating packing checklists for production runs
Attention to detail here is everything. No typo. No misprint. No puzzle error.

3. Asset Organisation & Documentation
• Maintaining master game documents
• Version control of puzzle files
• Organising folders
• Creating clear internal production guides
• Updating master answer sheets and instruction manuals
We need someone who is organised and systematic.
4. Testing & Player Experience
• Running test playthroughs
• Recording friction points
• Checking timing estimates
• Flagging unclear instructions
• Ensuring puzzles are satisfying but fair

• Are extremely detail-oriented
• Can follow systems but also think independently
• Spot inconsistencies quickly
• Enjoy working behind the scenes
• Are organised without being rigid
• Have strong written & spoken English
• Are comfortable using Canva, Google Docs, and spreadsheets
• Take pride in producing polished work
Bonus:
• Experience in print production
• Experience in tabletop games
• Experience in Amazon product listings
• Interest in immersive storytelling
