Shopify & WooCommerce App Researcher — COD Verification & Fraud Prevention Tools

I need someone to find and document ALL existing apps and plugins that help online sellers verify COD orders, prevent bogus buyers, or reduce failed deliveries (RTO).
What you'll do:

Also search Google for any standalone tools, Telegram bots, or services that Filipino/Vietnamese/Indonesian sellers use for COD order verification
For EACH app/plugin/tool found, fill in a Google Sheet with:

App name
Link (URL)
Platform (Shopify / WooCommerce / Standalone / Telegram bot)
Price (all pricing tiers — free, basic, pro, etc.)
Number of reviews
Average rating (stars)
Key features (what does it do — bullet points)
Does it support WhatsApp verification? (Yes/No)
Does it work in Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia? (Yes/No/Unknown)
Copy 3-5 negative reviews (what users complain about)
Copy 3-5 positive reviews (what users like)
