JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
-Develop media buying strategies aligned with business goals
-Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
-Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently
-Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
-Track and analyze performance using analytics tools
-Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
-Collaborate with creatives and marketing teams for ad assets
-Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements
-Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist
-Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
-Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Pixel setup)
-Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models
-Strong analytical and reporting skills
-Experience handling monthly ad budgets ($5K–$100K+ preferred)
-Excellent communication and time management skills

Nice to Have
-Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or service-based businesses
-Familiarity with landing page optimization
-Basic knowledge of copywriting and ad creative strategy
