We are a pediatric office in New York looking for a full-time remote receptionist to join our long-term team.
We are looking for someone warm, organized, professional, and comfortable speaking with parents throughout the day. The role includes answering calls, scheduling appointments, helping with patient questions, and keeping communication clear and organized.
We care a lot about communication and personality. We are looking for someone who sounds natural, kind, calm, and confident on the phone and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Experience with medical offices, scheduling, customer service, reception, or call center work is preferred, but strong communication skills are the most important thing.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming calls
* Scheduling appointments
* Sending messages to providers
* Assisting with basic patient questions
* Managing office communication
* Using scheduling and phone systems
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken English
* Quiet workspace
* Reliable internet connection
* Good headset/microphone
* Comfortable working full-time U.S. hours
