Creative Strategist/Graphic designer

I'm looking for someone that can take the creative strategist role for an e-commerce store advertising on facebook ads, primarily focused on beauty and health products.

You NEED to be able to look at current ad metrics, data and competitors to come up with winning ad concepts and ideas so we can scale.

Graphic designing experience on Canva is a huge plus, as I'd need someone to execute the ad creatives as well in the beginning until we hire an individual graphic designer. As the initial graphic designer/creative strategist you will become the manager of the creative department eventually.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience coming up with winning creative ideas for facebook ads

- Previous proof of work where you took on the creative strategist role and scaled an e-commerce business further.
