This is not a “post quotes” role. I need an executor who can write clearly, follow a cadence, engage consistently, and improve based on feedback.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
-More people join Circle each week from the
-Circle content is educational, organized, and consistent
-Pillar tracks get built over time into structured learning paths
RESPONSIBILITIES
A)
-Create and post 3–5
-Daily engagement: reply to comments, tag members, welcome new members, spark conversations
-Create 1 weekly “bridge post” designed to funnel people into Circle
-Use simple conversion CTAs like: “Comment CIRCLE and I’ll send the link” (or similar)
-Keep the pinned post + welcome message updated (we will provide link + details)
B) Circle Community: Educational Content + Engagement
-Create and publish 3 educational posts per week based on our pillars
-Post 1 resource per week (checklist, worksheet, template, or framework)
-Post 1 weekly recap + next steps
-Engage daily inside Circle: respond, ask follow-up questions, keep threads moving
C) Build the 4 Pillar Learning Tracks (Course-Style)
-Over time, you will help develop 4 structured learning tracks inside Circle.
-Create track outlines (module titles + outcomes)
-Draft module lessons (short, clear, actionable)
-Add action steps, prompts, and simple downloadable templates
-Keep everything organized in a tracker (Google Sheet or Notion)
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Strong written English (clear, natural, not robotic)
-Can write educational content that is easy to understand and apply
-Knows how to increase engagement in communities (not just posting and disappearing)
-Organized and consistent (trackers, deadlines, weekly planning)
-Canva skills for simple clean visuals (not complex design)
BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)
-Experience managing
-Circle experience
-CapCut/Reels editing
-Basic instructional design / course building experience
HOURS / SCHEDULE
-Start part-time: 15 hours/week
-Opportunity to expand to 20+ hours/week based on performance
-Daily engagement required (Mon–Fri minimum)

I’m not hiring for a one-off VA. I’m hiring someone I can build with. I run multiple businesses and I consistently expand responsibility and pay for people who execute, communicate well, and improve fast. If you deliver strong results over time, this can turn into a higher-paid, expanded role across multiple companies.
