EMR Report Auditor & OASIS Application Expert – Home Health Agency

Position Summary:
OMNISTARR Nurses is seeking a Home Health Agency Expert to serve as an EMR Report Auditor & OASIS Application Specialist. This role is responsible for auditing EMR reports, ensuring accurate application of OASIS assessments, and supporting compliance, reimbursement integrity, and quality outcomes within the home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit EMR reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Review and validate proper application of OASIS assessments (SOC, ROC, Recertification, Discharge)
• Ensure documentation aligns with CMS, Medicare, PDGM, and agency standards
• Identify documentation gaps that may impact reimbursement and quality measures
• Provide corrective feedback and education to clinicians and leadership
• Support quality assurance, compliance audits, and survey readiness
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications:
• Active RN license preferred
• 3+ years of home health agency experience
• Strong expertise in OASIS-E, CMS regulations, and PDGM reimbursement
• Advanced knowledge of home health EMR systems (HCHB, WellSky, MatrixCare, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and training abilities

Preferred:
• Prior experience in QA, compliance auditing, or clinical review
• Experience supporting accreditation or state survey processes
