We are looking for a highly skilled short-form video editor to help us turn full-length sermons into powerful, viral-style Reels.
This is not just basic editing.
We need someone who understands:
• Hooks
• Retention
• Emotional pacing
• Clean subtitles
• Viral formatting
• But can keep it natural and authentic for church-based content
This is recurring, long-term work.
???? Compensation
$750/month
Includes:
• 30 Reels per month (about 7–8 per week)
• Pulling the best clips from full sermons
• Structuring each clip with a strong hook + body
• Clean, engaging captions/subtitles
• Light motion graphics when appropriate
• 2 carousel posts per week from sermon content

• Watch full sermon recordings
• Identify strong, emotional, impactful moments
• Edit 30–60 second viral-style clips
• Add subtitles and retention-based editing
• Package clips in a way that feels modern but not flashy or distracting
• Repurpose content into carousels when needed
