JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Business Development & Operations Architect (KPIs + Hiring + Systems)
The Mission:
We are a growing company with a clear vision, but we need a System Builder to create the internal engine. I am looking for a right-hand person who doesn’t just "manage" tasks but designs the organizational structure, sets the metrics for success, and hires the talent to execute it.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Organizational Design: Audit our current workflow and build a scalable team hierarchy.

KPI Management: Define, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every department to ensure accountability.

Talent Acquisition: Identify gaps in our team, write job descriptions, and lead the recruitment process to hire A-players.

SOP Creation: Build a library of Standard Operating Procedures so the business can run without constant supervision.

Who You Are:

You have a proven track record of building company structures or scaling departments.

You are data-driven—you believe that if it’s not measured, it’s not managed.

You are an expert recruiter who can spot talent and culture-fit from a mile away.

You have high-level English skills and a "builder" mentality (you find solutions, not excuses).

?? PRE-INTERVIEW TEST (Follow these steps or your application will be ignored):
To ensure you have the attention to detail required for this role, please follow these instructions exactly:

Subject Line: Change your application subject to: "SYSTEM ARCHITECT - [Your Years of Management Experience]" (e.g., SYSTEM ARCHITECT - 5 Years).

The Question: In your cover letter, answer this: "If a department is underperforming, what are the first 3 metrics (KPIs) you would check to find the root cause?"

The Video: Record a 60-90 second Loom video introducing yourself and describing one specific team or system you built from scratch. (Paste the link in your application).

Tools: List the top 3 software tools you use to manage team performance and tasks.

Why Join Us?

Full-time, long-term remote position.

High level of autonomy—you design the systems.

Competitive salary based on experience and results.
