Video editor Position - Long Term

I’m looking for one dedicated individual video editor for a long-term collaboration on a YouTube channel. This is not a short-term gig.

What You’ll Be Editing:
- Videos are 18–25 minutes long
- 4 videos per week
- Voice-overs will be provided
- You will be responsible for sourcing the footage and visual elements (maps mainly)

Style & Expectations:
- The content is informational and story-driven.
- The most important part of this role is:
- Carefully listening to the voice-over
- Finding appropriate footage
- Placing the right footage at the right ---------- nts


Important Notes (Please Read Carefully)

- You must be communicative and respond quickly
- You must be fluent in English
- You must be comfortable joining calls when needed
- You must be reliable and straightforward

Availability

- Intended to be a full-time collaboration
- Long-term mindset is essential

Payment:

$3.5 per finished minute of video, which is around 1220$ a month.

Pay can increase over time as the channel grows and performs well
