Social Media Assistant (Instagram Focus)

Hi! I'm Dr. Lauren — a mom of 3 and family wellness chiropractor in the western suburbs of Chicago. My patients always want to know more about me so I'm launching my personal brand as an extension of Rooted Chiropractic, a practice focused on pregnancy, moms, babies, and kids. I share real life: motherhood, low-tox living, and everyday wellness. The content is clean, warm, and elevated — never salesy. The goal is genuine connection that naturally draws the right people to our community and clinic.

I'm looking for a creative, detail-oriented VA to help bring this content to life consistently on Instagram. This starts part-time with room to grow into a larger role for the right person.


What You'll Be Doing
Edit Instagram Reels from raw iPhone footage — clean cuts, text overlays, on-brand audio
Design carousel posts and story graphics in Canva
Write captions that match my voice (warm, real, educational — I'll guide you)
Schedule and publish content; maintain a consistent posting cadence
Organize content files and help maintain a simple content calendar
I will provide raw video, content ideas, and ongoing direction and feedback.


Skills & Tools Required
Reels editing experience — CapCut, InShot, or similar
Canva — proficient and fast, with a clean, simple design style
Strong written English — grammar, tone, and natural-sounding captions
Scheduling tools — Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite
Clean, calm aesthetic — not flashy or trendy
