Position Available:
A. Drayage Vendor Sourcing and Communicator

DESCRIPTION:
1. Send rate request to vendors and input data to system once received
2. Make sure data entered are accurate
3. Communicate with vendors to answer questions if needed
4. Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
5.Negotiate with vendors if needed for the dispute
6. Able to choose the good quality vendors

B. Data Entry Team

DESCRIPTION:
Process automated rate request
Rate data input
Review to ensure the accuracy of the rate and information
Manage vendor information validity

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. No experience required!
2. Good in communications.
3. Have good comprehensive skill
4. Must be adaptable and meticulous
5. Must be able to work on night shift (US time)
6. Must have working computer and high-speed internet
7. Able to work 40 hours each week
8. Must have power backup in case of power outage
9. Must have a well-used microphone

C. OTR Vendor Sourcing and Communicator

DESCRIPTION:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with regional and national LTL carriers.
2. Secure coverage and competitive rates based on shipment requirements.
3. Monitor carrier performance: on-time pickup, transit reliability, POD compliance.
4. Negotiate accessorials such as detention, re-delivery, limited access, liftgate, etc.
5. Identify recurring service risks and create corrective action plans.
6. Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to support shipments.
7. Maintain carrier profiles, contracts, and compliance documents.
8. Support claims, billing disputes, and invoice validations.
9. Provide market feedback on capacity and rate trends.
10. Assist the pricing or sales team with project and spot quote requests when required, including gathering carrier rates, validating accessorial assumptions, and advising on feasibility and risk.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience in LTL brokerage, carrier management, or logistics operations.
2. Working knowledge of NMFC, freight classes, and common LTL accessorials.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities at once.
5. Comfortable using TMS systems, email, and spreadsheets.
6. Must be adaptable and meticulous
