Part-Time (Full-Time Potential)

We are a growing U.S.-based lead services company supporting roofing and restoration contractors. We are hiring a highly detail-oriented Skip Tracing & Property Data Specialist to help us build accurate, verified homeowner contact lists for outbound dialing campaigns.

This role directly impacts dialer connect rates and campaign performance.
This is a part-time remote position with strong potential for full-time growth based on accuracy and productivity.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1) You will:
Verify property ownership using U.S. county assessor records
Locate accurate homeowner mobile phone numbers
Confirm owner-occupied status
Cross-verify phone numbers using secondary data sources
Remove duplicates, landlines (if required), and low-confidence data
Prepare clean, formatted CSV files for upload into V ----------
Track data confidence scores and source usage
Maintain minimum accuracy standards

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven skip tracing experience (U.S. property data preferred)
Familiarity with tools such as:
PropStream
BatchLeads
IDI / TLO (preferred)
County assessor websites
Strong understanding of mobile vs landline identification
Experience cleaning and formatting CSV files
High attention to detail
Ability to meet production and accuracy KPIs
Performance Standards
