JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant – Customer Service & Administrative Support to help manage day-to-day administrative and customer support tasks for our U.S. clients.

This is a long-term role for someone who values organization, responsiveness, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide friendly and responsive support to members via email, phone, and messaging platforms
? Assist with membership inquiries, reservations follow-ups, and general club questions
? Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
? Help update and maintain member account details and internal tracking systems
? Coordinate with on-site teams and other departments to resolve issues or escalate as needed
? Prepare reports, meeting notes, and help streamline internal processes
? Support special projects and seasonal campaigns as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent customer service mindset with a professional and friendly phone presence
? Highly organized with strong attention to detail
? Proficiency in email, Microsoft 360, Gmail and CRM systems
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
? Prior experience in administrative or customer support roles preferred
? With neutral accent is a plus
? A passion for boating, outdoor lifestyle, or hospitality is a plus

Nice to Have
? Experience supporting U.S. clients or remote teams
? Experience in property management, real estate, or similar industries
? Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or ----------


Work Conditions
Hourly role with time tracking (screenshots & activity monitoring)
Paid bi-weekly
90-day performance review to evaluate eligibility for a pay increase
