Job Title: GoHighLevel & Digital Marketing Assistant (Music Niche + Project Bonuses!) Salary: Base + Project Commissions

We are a digital marketing agency based in the New England / NYC Metro area.

We take on general business clients (landscapers, contractors, power washers, etc.), but our primary and fastest-growing niche is the music industry. We build digital infrastructures for recording studios, elite retail music shops, and custom guitar builders whose clients include famous rockstars (Andy Powell, Todd Rundgren, Vernon Reid, Sammy Duet, and more).

Our Vibe: We go with a rockstar vibe. We are very chill, we have fun, and we take care of our team—but when it's time to work, we are dead serious about heavy execution.

We are looking for a talented, hungry, and loyal GHL & Admin Virtual Assistant to manage the backend of the business while we are out closing sales.

The Goal:
We are looking for someone to start Part-Time (approx. 4 to 6 hours a day / 20-30 hours a week) as a true "jack of all trades." We have a lot of leads and business coming in. We need you to hold down the fort. If you get the work done efficiently, the agency gets busier, and your hours will scale up. As we grow, you grow with us, and we will reward your loyalty.

The Compensation (Base + Bonus):

Expected Pay Range: Approx $200 - $400/month Part-Time, capping around $750 on busy months.

Paid Trial: We will start with a short, paid trial task to make sure we work well together.

Base Pay: A guaranteed monthly base pay for your part-time hours to handle day-to-day admin operations.

Project Bonuses (The Real Money): Every time we close a new client, we will assign you the build-out. Upon successful completion of their backend/website, you will receive a flat cash project bonus on top of your base pay. This protects the business, but heavily rewards you for execution.

What You Will Do:

GoHighLevel (GHL): Build out landing pages, sales funnels, SMS/Email automations, and manage CRM pipelines for new clients.

E-Commerce & SEO: Basic Shopify setup/management and implementing basic SEO foundations (like Google Business Profiles) for our clients.

Design & Video: Use Canva Pro, CapCut, and Premiere to create engaging social media assets.

AI Execution: Utilize Gemini, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to speed up content creation and copywriting.

Admin & Organization: Keep our Google Workspace (Drive, Docs) perfectly organized. Manage onboarding checklists and task management.

Who You Are:

You are a problem solver. If you don't know how to do something, you don't wait for us—you YouTube it, Google it, and figure it out.

You have solid English. You don't have to be perfect, and you don't have to be amazing at everything—you just have to be willing to execute and get the job done.

You are highly organized and work fast.

Requirements for Interview:

We will conduct a face-to-face video interview via Google Meet. You must have a strong internet connection and a working webcam.
