AI Video Content Editor

Hello! A bit about us: We develop apps & looking for a reliable VA to create short AI generated videos for TikTok/reels. We use these videos to promote apps organically and use as ads. This is a straightforward role where you'll follow clear instructions, but there's room to grow if you show initiative in optimizing processes or suggesting ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed workflows/scripts provided; report daily progress.
• Ideation: Use ChatGPT to brainstorm video concepts (with guidance & training!)
• Image Generation: Create images using tools like Nano Banana Pro
• Video Generation: Animate images into 8 second clips using AI tools like Veo 3, Kling AI, etc
• Basic Editing: Assemble clips and add captions using free tools like CapCut or Edits.
• Produce 10+ videos per day (batches of 4 clips per video, with retries for quality).

This role starts simple! Just execute the steps accurately and efficiently. But if you excel, you can take it above and beyond: Suggest tool improvements, automate parts (e.g., n8n), or handle posting/analytics for growth into a senior creator role.

Requirements:

• Basic experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar—training provided if needed).
• Comfortable with English prompts and instructions.
• Reliable internet and computer for video rendering.
• Attention to detail; ability to handle retries without frustration.
• Bonus: Experience with automation (n8n/Zapier).

Work Schedule: Flexible, part-time to full-time (20-40 hours/week), no timezone requirements but some overlap with PST preferred.

Salary: $4-7/hour starting, based on experience. Performance bonuses for high-quality output and innovations.
