Position Overview
Ensign Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Commercial Insurance Service Representative to support our commercial insurance operations.

This role is responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts, processing policy changes, preparing marketing submissions, and issuing certificates of insurance with accuracy and timeliness. You will work closely with producers, account managers, and carrier partners to ensure client needs are handled efficiently and to Ensign’s high standards.

This position is ideal for someone who values structure, ownership, precision, and being a trusted contributor within a professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Issue certificates of insurance accurately and in a timely manner
-Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatements
-Prepare and assemble marketing submissions for new and renewal business
-Review policies for accuracy and communicate discrepancies
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within EPIC / Applied Systems CRM
-Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
-Coordinate with producers, account managers, and carriers to ensure timely completion of service requests
-Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion
-Maintain organized electronic documentation and file management
-Support internal compliance and documentation procedures

Required Qualifications:
-Experience in commercial lines insurance servicing required
-Hands-on experience using EPIC / Applied Systems CRM required
-Demonstrated experience:
-Issuing certificates of insurance
-Creating and submitting marketing submissions
-Processing endorsements and policy changes
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced professional environment
-Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
