QA & Product Tester

We are a growing safety tech company building the E3 Safety App, and we need someone to help with QA testing and product support.

Job description:
- Strong English communication skills
- Test mobile and web app features and report bugs clearly
- Follow test cases and document results
- Work inside project management tools and provide detailed feedback
- Coordinate with Filipino and USA-based teams
- Help validate bug fixes and new releases
- Maintain help tickets and live chats
- Full-time position (not working any other jobs)
- We are looking for someone detail-oriented who enjoys finding issues and improving user experience.
