JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Social Media Operations

Remote | Part-Time | Ongoing

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and support our LinkedIn and social media operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands engagement strategy, content scheduling, and professional brand management.

This is not a “post and log off” role. We need someone who understands how to maintain presence, drive engagement, and keep systems organized.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Management
- Schedule LinkedIn posts according to a structured content calendar
- Upload and format posts properly (spacing, tagging, formatting, links)
- Track post performance inside a LinkedIn Metrics spreadsheet
- Monitor analytics and input weekly performance data
- Respond to comments in a professional, brand-aligned tone
- Engage with reposts and meaningful comments strategically
- Send LinkedIn connection invitations
- Support audience growth through manual outreach

Social Media Management
- Schedule content across platforms
- Monitor and respond to organic social media comments
- Respond to paid ad comments (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Flag high-risk or in-depth comments that require strategic or executive responses
- Escalate sensitive conversations when needed
- Maintain consistent brand tone across platforms

Planning & Organization
- Assist with social media content planning
- Help organize upcoming content inside planning sheets
- Ensure all content is scheduled accurately and on time
- Maintain organization across spreadsheets and scheduling tools

Ideal Candidate
- Strong written English communication skills
- Understands professional LinkedIn etiquette
- Organized and spreadsheet-savvy (Google Sheets preferred)
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Comfortable flagging important issues rather than ignoring them
- Understands brand voice consistency
- Familiar with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Metricool, etc.)
- Experience responding to ad comments is a plus

What We’re Looking For
- Someone reliable and responsive
- Must have experience in Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp
- Must have experience in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager, TikTok Ad Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Not just execution-focused — someone who thinks
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with structured systems and processes
- Ability to handle volume while maintaining quality

Hours & Compensation
- Part-time (hours flexible, but daily check-ins required)
- Ongoing role
- Compensation based on experience
