Martial Consulting is a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency that helps martial arts schools across North America attract and enroll new students. We need a driven, people-first Lead Follow-Up Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our lead calling process.
Here's the best part: you're not cold calling anyone. Every single lead you speak to has already expressed interest in joining a martial arts class through our advertising campaigns. Your job is to follow up fast, build rapport, and get them booked into a trial class.

What You'll Do Daily:

- Respond to new leads immediately through calls and texts.
- Persistently follow up with leads who haven't booked their trial class.
- Call no-shows to reschedule their appointments.
- Follow our tested call scripts to maximize trial class bookings.
- Double-dial every lead to increase your chances of connecting.
- Track all activity inside GoHighLevel, our CRM system.
- Send text follow-ups to leads who aren't picking up.
- Report your daily numbers including calls made, appointments booked, and show-up rates.
- Keep clean, organized notes on every lead you touch.

Who We're Looking For:

- Fluent in English with a warm, professional, and confident phone presence.
- Happy to make 50+ calls a day knowing every lead is already interested.
- Resilient and doesn't let a "no" slow them down.
- Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer outreach is a strong advantage but we provide full training either way.
- Fast learner who can follow a system and improve over time.
- Familiar with tools like Google Drive, Slack, Loom, and CRM platforms.
- Has reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace.

What You'll Get:

- $800/month base salary (~46,000 PHP) plus performance bonuses of up to $200 to $400/month tied to your booking and show-up results.
