Appointment Setter / $800 + Bonuses / Full-Time Remote Phone Role

Martial Consulting is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping martial arts schools across North America fill their classes with new students. We're hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to call warm leads, book trial classes, and follow up until they walk through the door.

These are NOT cold calls. Every lead you contact has already shown interest in trying a martial arts class through our paid ad campaigns. Your job is to pick up the phone, have a real conversation, and get them scheduled.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Call and text incoming leads within minutes of them opting in.
- Follow up consistently with leads who haven't yet booked a trial class.
- Re-engage no-shows and get them rescheduled.
- Use our proven call scripts and frameworks to book trial classes.
- Double-dial leads to maximize your contact rate.
- Log every call, text, and outcome inside GoHighLevel (our CRM).
- Send follow-up text sequences to leads who haven't responded.
- Track your daily call volume, bookings, and show-up numbers.
- Keep detailed, organized records of every lead interaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Fluent English speaker with a clear, confident, and friendly phone voice.
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day to warm leads.
- Not afraid of rejection or hearing "no."
- Sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead follow-up experience is a big plus but not required.
- Quick learner who can follow scripts and adjust on the fly.
- Comfortable with CRMs and basic tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Loom.
- Reliable internet and a quiet space to make calls.
