Full Time Video Editor for Ecom & Direct Response Ads (VSLs,)

I am looking for a full time video editor to join my team long term. This is not a one off project or freelance gig. I need someone who is fully committed, fast, and wants to grow with the brand over time.

What you will be editing:

Video sales letters (VSLs), direct response UGC style ads, and mashup style ecom ads. These are performance driven ads built to sell so you need to understand pacing, hooks, captions, and how to follow a script closely.

What I am looking for:

Someone with experience editing ecom or direct response ads, full time availability with fast turnaround times, strong communication and the ability to work independently without a lot of hand holding, and a genuine desire to grow long term with the brand.

What to expect:

Fast paced work environment, consistent volume, clear briefs, and fair pay for the right person. If you perform well there is a lot of room to grow here.
