E-commerce Product & Operations Lead (Remote – Long Term)

This Is NOT a VA Role

We are not looking for a general virtual assistant. We are looking for a thinking partner who can take ownership of our e-commerce product and operations engine. If you enjoy researching products, analyzing competitors, improving systems, sourcing suppliers, and building structure inside a growing brand, this may be a fit.

Party & Presents is a growing personalized party supply and custom gifts brand. We design thoughtful products that create meaningful experiences. We are looking to add someone to the team who can help us:

- Research and identify promising new products
- Build structured product lines
- Improve packaging and customer experience
- Source and evaluate suppliers

You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Product Research & Selection
Research trends across Etsy, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok
Analyze demand, competition, and pricing
Propose new product ideas with data and reasoning
Help refine and build a cohesive product line

- Supplier Research & Sourcing
Identify reliable suppliers (local & international)
Compare costs, MOQs, and turnaround times
Maintain an organized supplier database

- Packaging & Experience Optimization
Suggest packaging improvements
Balance cost vs. perceived value
Help create memorable unboxing experiences
Standardize packaging workflows

- Cross-Team Coordination
Work with designers and the production team
Turn ideas into clear product briefs
Prepare structured launch plans

The Ideal Candidate will be/have:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Highly organized
- Strong written & spoken English
- Experience using spreadsheets and project management tools (nice-to-have)

Preferred:
- Experience launching or managing products
- Experience in Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon
- Basic understanding of margins and cost structure
- Experience sourcing from Alibaba or other suppliers
- Personality Fit

This role is for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position long-term.
