Healthcare Triage Agent

We are hiring a Healthcare Triage Agent to support a US-based healthcare client. This is a full-time remote role for someone with strong BPO healthcare experience and a solid understanding of US insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound healthcare-related calls
Assist patients with insurance and general healthcare inquiries
Navigate US healthcare insurance processes
Manage complex concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation and follow proper call procedures

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
Proven BPO experience (Healthcare account required)
Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes
Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls
Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
Tech-savvy and open to training
Willing to work graveyard shift
