Customer Service Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $300/month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Virtual Assistant to manage and respond to client inquiries primarily through Facebook Messenger using Meta Business Suite and Lead Center. Our company specializes in buying and selling diabetic supplies, so you will be assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring timely responses. Training will also be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Messaging & Support
• Monitor and respond to incoming Facebook Messenger inquiries using Meta Business Suite and Lead Center
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions
• Assist customers with basic information about our services and process
• Respond to messages promptly during working hours
• Tag and update leads properly
• Follow response scripts and escalate conversations when needed

Administrative Support
• Keep conversations organized and properly tracked
• Report urgent or important inquiries to management

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Chat Support is preferred
• Strong written English communication skills
• Familiar with Facebook Messenger and Meta Business Suite (preferred but not required)
• Organized, dependable, and responsive
