Key Responsibilities
Customer Messaging & Support
• Monitor and respond to incoming
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions
• Assist customers with basic information about our services and process
• Respond to messages promptly during working hours
• Tag and update leads properly
• Follow response scripts and escalate conversations when needed
Administrative Support
• Keep conversations organized and properly tracked
• Report urgent or important inquiries to management
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Chat Support is preferred
• Strong written English communication skills
• Familiar with
