1. Venture Capitalist's recent investments over the last 3 years, in related sectors such as real estate, startups, and e-commerce.

2. A verified link to their Crunchbase or Angel.co profile.

3. Find main decision maker's at VC offices, most importantly for the San Francisco list which doesn't show who the main decision maker is; from the other lists, ensure each list member is still working at the company.
