Virtual Receptionist for Post-Op Medical Spa (Weekend Shift)

Shift: Saturdays & Sundays
8AM to 8:00 PM CST (Houston Time)

About the Role

Skin Deep Sculpting is seeking a strong Virtual Receptionist to manage our weekend (Sat/Sun) call volume. This shift often includes higher inquiry traffic, so we need someone confident, organized, and highly responsive.

This role requires urgency, empathy, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and promptly
• Book appointments accurately
• Confirm next day appointments
• Complete outbound follow up calls
• Respond to social media messages
• Track call logs and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with therapists and recovery home staff
• Escalate emergencies immediately

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or receptionist experience
• Strong English fluency
• Professional tone and presence
• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable internet and backup power

Salary

Competitive compensation based on experience.

Suggested range:
$300 to $360 USD per month
Performance bonuses available after probation period.
