Video Editor for YouTube Channel Full-time

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced video editor to join our team long-term and full-time. We are a finance-focused channel with 50K+ subscribers looking for an editor who can execute high-level documentary storytelling similar to Johnny Harris, Cleo Abrams, and Ryan Trahan.

Responsibilities:

- Edit high-retention video content, including long-form financial documentaries, shorts, and podcasts.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects to create a cinematic, texture-heavy, and data-driven visual style.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines for a consistent upload schedule.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, especially in the "Edutainment" and Finance niche.
- Apply advanced animation and motion graphics to make complex investing topics easy to understand.

The qualifications we are seeking include:

- A proven track record as a video editor with a strong portfolio of documentary-style YouTube projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred for motion graphics).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a "director’s eye" for pacing and storytelling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Fast internet connection for handling large 4K files.
- Self-reliance and the ability to take a script and transform it into a visual masterpiece independently.
