About CCS

Charlie’s Collectible Show (CCS) is a pop culture and collectibles event company based in Atlanta and Houston, with Raleigh opening soon. We host anime markets, TCG conventions, retro gaming expos, artist alleys, and competitive tournaments bringing together collectors, vendors, artists, and fans of anime, gaming, and collectibles. CCS is built on community. We create spaces where fandom connects in real life.

Role: Graphic Designer

• Responsible for creating all marketing and event visuals for CCS.

What You’ll Design:

• Social media graphics (posts, reel covers)
• Event posters & banners (digital + print)
• Signage & postcards
• Newsletter visuals
• Simple reels, animation (Canva or Capcut)
• Design and edit high-quality promotional Reels for CCS

We provide design templates and clear SOPs.
You will follow the structure, update assets, and maintain brand consistency — not build everything from scratch.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong layout & typography skills
• Can organize event details clearly (date, time, location, CTA)
• Follows brand guidelines
• Creative and resourceful
• Organized and meets deadlines
• Analytical mindset
• Coachable and open to feedback

Bonus if you’re a fan of anime, TCGs, gaming, or collectibles.

Work Hours
• Full Time/Part Time
• Must be available between 10AM – 5PM EST
•Work is flexible, but you must be reachable during those hours for communication and urgent requests
