Job Description
We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Poster to help run multiple short-form social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) using cloud phones. This is a consistency + execution role: you follow a repeatable routine across many accounts and keep everything organized and logged.

We’re a friendly, supportive working environment. We’ll train you, and we’re excited for you to gain real skills in social media operations and high-volume posting systems while working with us.

What you’ll do (high level)
- Find the next content to post using Google Sheets
- Connect to assigned cloud phones (DuoPlus)
- Scroll, comment, and post on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Update the tracker spreadsheet as you go (Done / Issue + quick notes)
- Move completed files in Google Drive so nothing gets reused incorrectly

Schedule & availability
- 40–50 hours/week
- Two daily posting blocks (AM + PM) with flexibility in between — expect an 8–10 hour workday
- Ideally 5 days/week on a consistent schedule
- If you’re open to weekend work, we are looking for weekend shifts as well

Communication
- Must be comfortable coordinating in Telegram
- Available for occasional Google Meet calls for training and coordination

Pay
- $500/month base
- +$100/month consistency bonus (for dependable attendance + completing assigned posting blocks with minimal issues)
- Paid in USDT or USDC

Requirements
- Comfortable using TikTok/IG/YT interfaces and posting from drafts
- Strong attention to detail (right account, right content, correct logging, no reuse mistakes)
- Solid written English for comments (sounds human, not spammy)
- Organized, dependable, and able to work steadily through repetitive tasks
